Veplan delivers secure permission-based authentication controls to administrators and instructors, and provides account management tools for students, volunteers and other key stakeholders. Veplan allows administrators to centrally define the facilities, holidays, grading methods, class types, communication templates, and other information unique to your organization to streamline the use of Veplan tools across your organization. Instructor toolsets include access to permission-based class definition tools, class grading, attendance, and other related tools, and permission-based access to student biographical, transcript and tuition information. Enrolled students are provided with their own secure account and access to the Student Corner providing visibility to their transcript information, upcoming class enrollments, grading and attendance records, biographical information, and financial history of payments and tuition.
All data is stored in a secure, centralized environment with automated data backup and application monitoring. All features and content is accessible via authentication controls from any online computer, providing administration, instructors, students and other stakeholders with convenient access to real-time data.
